The overwhelming majority of the scales can be used freely but citations of the original source or some previous users is expected when reports or papers are written that refer to them.

After copies of reviews and/or the book have been purchased, they can not be "returned" for refunds. All sales are final. However, if documents at the website or ones you download are damaged in some way, contact us for resolution of the problem.
